Why did you decide to buy a home?
"My mom and I were all living separately and we decided to buy a home together in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania."
Were there stressful moments during the process?
"When we found a home we wanted to see, Amy set it up. We found a home and then it didn't work out, so we continued looking. We got disappointed a few times looking at homes because they didn't work for us, but the right one came along. When it was time to sign, I had my son at Disney in Florida, Amy sent me the papers and I signed them electronically. She was so helpful during the whole process. She made us feel a lot better about everything because she explained to us what we needed to know."
What was most memorable about your experience?
"The day she gave my mom the keys and told her that she was a homeowner. My mom cried. We were all so excited to have a new home.
We got to know Amy during this experience and we love her. My son still talks about her, makes her pictures and every time we see a sunflower he thinks of Amy since it's her favorite flower."
